⭐️ 1 Star — Extremely Disorganized and Unprofessional This has been one of the most frustrating wholesale distribution companies we’ve dealt with. The level of disorganization, lack of communication, and overall unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with repeat customers who consistently spend significant amounts of money with your company. Orders are constantly handled poorly, communication is inconsistent, and there seems to be very little accountability when problems occur. Instead of valuing loyal customers and making an effort to resolve issues, we are repeatedly left having to chase people down, correct mistakes, and deal with the consequences of their lack of organization. For a wholesale distributor, reliability, accuracy, communication, and professionalism should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, those qualities seem to be severely lacking here. We have continued giving this company our business because of the amount we spend and the relationship we believed we had built, but the way loyal customers are treated makes it extremely difficult to justify continuing to do so. If you are a business owner looking for a reliable, organized, and professional distributor, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere.

Everyone here is so incredibly helpful - definitely my favorite place to get my vapes. They have all the Fumes products I need in all the flavors. They had the new Dubai Chocolate flavor I got to try today and WOW 🤩 my new fave for sure
