Ordered some cigars, loved them. Spoke with Julio on the phone, great customer service. Thank you Julio. We will be speaking soon as I need a box of 88’s.

Padilla is my go to for quality handmade cigars. I had a issue with a shipment of a order, but they reached out to me and was able to resolve my issue by replacing my order with other great cigars they have to offer plus gave me some other options for me to try out. I will continue to support the brand moving forward. Thanks Padilla for resolving my problem with shipment of the order placed.

This place so called Padilla cigars is a scam!! This place is in Miami and I live Texas, I had place an order for a box of cigars that cost me $140.00 , I spoke to some guy named Julio he assured me that I would get it in 2 days. Reminder I placed the order on the 7th and today is the 11th, and still nothing!!

one of the best places to buy a cigar in town! I will highly suggest the Padilla Criollo 98. It has a very nice taste.

Not sure what their deal is.... went to the address on Google maps and it's a construction company. No one answered the phone listed. Love the cigars but not impressed with trying to get to the supposed store....🙄
