God customer service great prices

Terrible customer service , get ur tobacco from somewhere else . All of theirs have mildew on it and when u show them it they act like they don’t know . MILDEW ON TOBACCO CAUSE LUNG ISSUSES

I just got to the store 5 minutes before closing and it was locked. I called the store and they said they were closed. I have always come to this store after I got off work and they have never locked their doors early. New staff is rude! Can’t wait to talk to the owner. I’ll be calling tomorrow morning because clearly this store owner doesn’t need any extra money because he is allowing staff to lock up before the store is advertised to close. Terrible customer service!

I have been coming here to this location for over 7 years. The staff is awesome and take care of their customers. Johan and Joe always know what I want. Truly an awesome shop.

Very unprofessional. Sold me a water pipe but won’t sell me a down stem after the initial one breaks. Keeps saying I ordered more. 3 weeks now. Still nothing. All they have to do is take one from another glass pipe. But they refuse. Very poor management and extremely impolite. Went in today oct 16, 2019. Worst experience ever. Terrible. Will never go back!!!
