Justin is the best!!! Always gives us the best recommendations and we are returning customers because of him! If you’re in Coconut Grove check out Safe House Smoke Shop😁😁

Best Smokeshop and I've been to many around the country for the last 10 years. Carlos is always on point and knowledgeable, never lets me down even when they're busy.. very attentive, respectful and just overall a pleasant person to help you shop. Appreciate it every time I walk in he's attentive to what I'm looking for and proves me with the information I need. 🙏🙏🙏 I found this place 2 years ago, and I am now a regular. Best prices & customer service. 🙌

Just moved to the area and had first visit to safe house yesterday. Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in a smoke shop. Incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly, couldn’t imagine a better representation of your shop. I unfortunately can’t remember the gentlemen’s name (visited Tuesday June 23rd at approx 1:30pm) Safe house was the second shop I visited yesterday and 100% have earned a repeat customer based on this experience.

I’m new to Miami and this is the Dopest Smoke Shop that I have stopped in. The staff takes the time to show you literally anything and everything You have questions about, they’re willing to talk about things that they are are personally interested in, and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you leave with everything that you need even if you’re not from Miami. It’s really important to me, because integrating has been hard, and it’s nice To meet people providing customer service that make you feel like you’re right at home.

By far THE BEST smoke shop I’ve been to. My guy Paulo is a great host with exceptional customer service skills. They have a variety of all smoking needs. From vapes to THC-A, to Cigars. The place is very clean, and very well organized. Came in for a 2 minute buy, and ended up staying for over 5 minutes to converse with Paolo. I highly recommend this place to anyone in Miami that is looking for solid vape or cigar options.
