I am a customer at the smoke shop where Alex works as a manager, and he’s genuinely one of the reasons I keep coming back. He’s always polite, professional, and takes the time to communicate clearly and respectfully. Whether it’s answering questions, recommending products, or just making sure the environment feels welcoming, Alex handles everything with a level of care that’s hard to come by. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly values his customers. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

I just stopped at Smokers Good smoke shop. It was about the only smoke shop open at this time near my house on a Sunday, and they close at 12AM! I ran out of my vape unexpectedly and in much need of a vape! However, I refuse to shop at gas stations as just one vape costs $16 - $21 (outrageous)!! I was very happy with this smoke shop, and Alex was very kind and very friendly. I purchased 1 vape and the second at half price for a total of $16+!!! I found my new place!!! Amazing!!! 😊🤩

Decided to stop by and give this place a try, Alex was awesome! He recommended so many different products that fit what I was looking for, he really knows his stuff. Wish I knew about this place sooner, will 100% be coming back here everytime. World needs more people like Alex with that customer service. A true rarity these days.
