Sold me a defective vape and refused to exchange it, even though I returned within 5 minutes of purchase. Was basically just given a shoulder shrug by the employee and said he can’t do anything about it. Edit: Owner’’s reply tells you everything you need to know about their own lack of accountability. I have gotten defective vapes before and have been exchanged. This is why I normally always drive the extra 10 minutes to another shop that actually cares (and is cheaper) Only went to this one because I was tight on time. Save your time and go elsewhere.

No exchange policy meeting you buy your disposable and you cannot try it and if you try it, it is no good. They don’t give you another one that sucks and they don’t have any merchandise this place. The owner doesn’t know what he’s doing and I know they’re gonna close down. Terrible customer service. I was treated badly and the employee insisted that he had "no access" to transactions and that he would "not help me without a receipt". Abyssmal way to treat a loyal customer, this was worse because he refused to do an exchange FOR A MORE EXPENSIVE PRODUCT that would have made the store money. And even though I showed him my bank account CLEARLY showing the transaction he still refused to help me. Will never come back.

Have to be one of my favorite smoke shops, the aesthetics of the shop are really nice and on point. James, one of the staff there was super friendly and patient, making sure I found everything I needed. My elderly parents are new to CBD and James took the time to make sure they were comfortable with the product, giving them all the info they wanted before purchasing. In this city that kind of attention the customer service is hard to come by. Best service!
