I had a mix-up at the shop when buying a Nexa vape because an employee gave me incorrect info about refilling it. Luckily, the manager stepped in, fixed everything, and even offered me a discount on my next purchase. Amazing customer service—definitely a five-star experience!"

Best shop I have ever been to love the vines in the store

I only buy my vapes here. The quality is the best and Stephany is always so nice, helpful and friendly. She is great!

SNS Vape & Smoke Shop is hands down one of the best shops in town! They have a great variety of vapes, accessories, and smoking essentials at competitive prices. The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help you find exactly what you’re looking for—whether you’re a beginner or a long-time customer. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a chill vibe that makes shopping there a great experience. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area!

Horrible experience. They had a girl who doesn’t know what’s she is selling working the counter. She sold me a broken vape. Before i left the store I asked her and she said it was fine, that is how the battery works. The vape doesn’t work and now they won’t allow me to return it or exchange it.
