This place is great! They have lots of variety and flavors especially the atmosphere with customer service.. Emily does a great job and puts a great image on the company. Definitely I recommend this place!

Finally a shop where I can notably tell the owner cares and is knowledgeable about the product they have on shelf. Great customer service, great variety.

The shop itself is adequate. It has your standard fare in water pieces and pipes. If you're looking for a dab rig, they mostly just sell the electronic dab pens. A nice selection of nic salt products and vapes. You're average headshop. Why one star then? Well, the last 3 times i've gone there, the sales person had no idea what i was looking for. First, wanted to buy fuel for a torch. "Oh, we don't sell that.". I pointed at them in the display case. Second time, went to look for some dab cotton mops. Again, had no idea what i was talking about. Granted, that time, no they did't sell those. Last time, i asked if they sold hot knives. Again, no idea what i was talking about. And no, i don't believe they carry those. Conclusion: If you're looking for a place to just get the basics, then this place is perfectly fine. In and out. No fuss, no muss. They could use a kiosk system like BK and get the same quality service. I dunno, i guess i just like being able to talk shop with my local headshop person. Maybe get some recommendations on similar products. To be relatable i guess. Lastly, in regards to medical users, a headshop is generally their first encounter after leaving either a dispensary or a mmj card appointment. You'd think they'd want someone knowledgeable back there at the very least. Disclaimer: If you hadn't guessed by now, yes I am a medical marijauna user. Been one since before it was medical.
