Best smoke shop, super friendly and helpful workers. I live right down the street and I come here at least two or three times a week and I always have an amazing experience and always find what I need Chico helped me today and like always he had Great attitude and energy to him definitely will keep coming back!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this vape shop. I went in looking for help, but instead of assisting me, the employee told me I “should have come with more information” if I wanted help. Rather than trying to answer my questions or recommend a product, he acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Thankfully, another customer stepped in and actually helped me, and I ended up buying a vape because of them—not because of the first employee. What happened next was completely unacceptable. As I was leaving, the employee came outside, gave me the middle finger, and grabbed his private area in a disrespectful and aggressive gesture. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior from someone working in customer service. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this shop if you expect to be treated with basic respect.

Chico is the best, great guy and knows what he’s talking about. I only go by if Chico is there I feel like I’m shopping with a friend.
