Stumbled into this spot looking for a quick stop and ended up staying way longer than I planned. Hands down one of the most unique smoke shops in Miami — they’ve got the usual selection dialed in, but the real surprise is the Pokémon card setup. Solid range of booster packs, singles, and even some harder-to-find stuff at fair prices. You can tell whoever’s curating actually knows the hobby. The snack wall is dangerous in the best way. Exotic drinks, rare chip flavors, candy you can’t find anywhere else nearby — it’s basically a one-stop shop for a night in. Staff was chill, knowledgeable, and didn’t rush me while I dug through the card display.

In a world of less personalized service, Vice City has a very hometown appeal and they have the best prices for all your recreational smoking needs. Don't forget to say Vice City rocks. Much success and appreciation for Jose who doesn't know how not to be serviceable.
