I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The biggest issue is management, not the staff. The employees themselves seem polite and hardworking, but they appear to be put in difficult positions by poor leadership and unrealistic sales expectations. Many of the products are extremely overpriced, especially considering the quality and overall customer experience. There are also little to no visible price signs for many items, which makes shopping feel intentionally unclear and frustrating. Another concern is product freshness. On multiple occasions, snacks and hemp-related products appeared expired or past their best-by dates, which raises questions about inventory practices and customer safety. I also felt misled by the way certain products were marketed. Staff seemed pressured to make claims about products that did not match my understanding of Florida regulations or the products themselves. It came across as confusing at best and deceptive at worst. Overall, the staff deserves better management, and customers deserve transparency, fair pricing, and honest information before making purchases. If you choose to shop here, be very careful.

This is like a smokers heaven right here. You have remedies for highness, for odors, for sexual urges, for munchies, and even for your kitty. Haha. Really dope shop and wide assortment.

Ridiculous and shady pricing practices… Arizona tea for more than 99c, one bottle of Ramune is $11…

Poor customer service, no one looked or or even welcomed me when I came into the shop, and had to stand around for 10 minutes before anyone decided to help.

came at 11:55 just needed to buy one item which would take less than a minute. I already knew what I wanted and the clerk refused to give me service. The time of the picture is when I finished writing this review. Get better workers who actually work until the store closes.
