This was my second time visiting VaporFi, and I have to say, the experience this time was a complete game changer, thanks to Eddy. My first visit was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. This time, however, Eddy went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my preferences, patiently answered my questions, and made thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. You can tell he truly cares about customer satisfaction and takes pride in what he does. His level of service set a new standard, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of him. Highly impressed!

They’re well-stocked with a variety of refillable vape, as well as disposable cartridges. William was very knowledgeable about what the different devices were like so I could pick my favorite! They also have an awesome build your own flavor/smoke intensity/nicotine bar!!! I appreciate the later open hours because I’m leaving for the keys and won’t have time to stop before I go. Prices are on par with other stores!

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable with everything from THC to vapes to Kratom. I've been coming here for two years. Very highly recommended! Sign up for the rewards so you don't miss out in the discounts and promotions!

Made another trip from Cape Coral to Miramar, Fl on 4/2/24 and this time I was assisted with William. Again, I must say that I received amazing service from him! He was very professional and filled my order quickly and efficiently, all while being grilled by me because I’m nosey and curious about a lot of items in their large selection of products and flavors that they offer! He had a wonderful attitude and answered my questions patiently and politely! I can be annoying with my curiosity, but if it bothered him, he sure did not show it! Each trip down there, (146 miles but worth it!), I learn about the new items de jour and occasionally try an item or two. William is an excellent associate and I appreciated his insight!

Kevin was the best he got me everything that was on my mind like a mind reader😮
