We will never go back to this place again. Here’s what happened. Dr. B. goes in and buys the hookah in the picture. It was on the shelf. The sales lady breaks it down and puts it in the two brown shopping bags. She gets home, and a couple of days later takes it out of the bags and gives it a thorough cleaning. In putting it back together we come to realize the down tube is missing. Now that’s the tube that goes into the water. Without that, the device is useless. So, we go to the shop and address the saleslady with the problem. She appears to be incoherent as to what is missing. Finally, she realizes and goes to a shelf full of those tubes to pick one out that will fit. Dr. B sees one on the shelf that she liked for the exact same price. She suggests that they swap the two with each other and call it a day. The saleslady objected to that. So, I ask where is the box? The correct part should be in the box. The box doesn’t exist. Threats started going back and forth, the saleslady threatened to call the police, so we called them for her. Finally, her boss came around, and he couldn’t produce the box either. So, they didn’t want to refund her money, saying all sales are final. The end of the story at the store is that if they sell you defective goods, they are not going to refund your money, nor are they going to make it right. I wouldn’t waste my time or money taking a chance that I am getting what I paid for with them again. Also, I would not recommend that store to anyone. That area is very competitive as far as smoke shops go, with plenty of others in the immediate area. I must respond to the owner. You are incorrect. Before the saleslady called you she was shown one on the top shelf near the front of the store that was nearly identical to the defective one. The price was exactly the same. The tube that Dr. B was given the first time did not fit. The next one the saleslady said she didn't know if it would. Then she yelled at Dr B and that's when things got ugly. We normally order online but we do try to support our local neighborhood business es. We don't have to try to be misleading. Your attitude when you got there wasn't one desiring to resolve the problem. You went in the store and heard your employee's side of the story and decided that Dr B was in the wrong. If you had handled the situation like a boss you would have been shown the item that your employee was shown and done the right thing, but you didn't. You acted like your employee. Also you wouldn't have told us the box doesn't exist. They all come in a box, at least all of ours did. Response to the Owners Update: 1. Owner: When I was placed on the phone during the interaction, we calmly attempted to provide a resolution. Me: True 2. Owner: The conversation quickly escalated, Me: True 3. Owner: and both my employee and I were met with raised voices. Me: True, because your employee had raised her voice to Dr. B and the levels never went back down. 4. Owner: We continued offering the available replacement solution, Me: True, The request for the available replacement that was on the shelf was rejected by your employee early on when she was trying to find the right downtube. 5. Owner: which was declined. Me: False, because by now Dr. B did not want to do any further business in your establishment. The first downtube that was brought out didn’t fit. The next tube that was picked up off the shelf didn’t fit. That’s when I asked for the box. Sometimes parts are left in the box when items will be just set up for display. That’s when the box issue got started. 6. Owner: At no time were we unwilling to resolve the issue. Me: True and False 7. Owner: The correct replacement downtube was retrieved directly from our back inventory in front of you and provided at no charge. Me: False, If it was retrieved from your back inventory, how was it done in front of me? I was out in store showroom area, and why should we pay for parts that are missing anyway? There is more rebuttle than there is space available to provide it.

What a store! I have never found a place where consistency meets all requirements around the board. Before I was skeptical about the location but as I decided to see how well of a service Flako and his manager does. Im always being updated with inventory and personal life. If you want an interesting experience while shopping come here. Reminds me of the little city of Detroit back in 2018. I was such a constant customer at Coney Island that they knew my order every time and it never was dull. Even if something were wrong I was reassured all while being spoken to by first name basis. All I can say is that I am glad the people here have a heart and care of the livelihood of the community. If I'm going to enjoy recreational fun I do feel special someone giving time and effort to make sure its done the right way. See you guys soon

I have been a customer for over a year now and they are very helpful and courteous. The girl working there is sweet and so kind. Any issues are handled promptly and always with a smile.

Ever since the main guy who worked there left the inventory is a joke. They never have what they claim they ordered. I used to go there all the time but now there’s no point because all it is is what’s on the shelf is what we have. They need to bring back. I think his name was Cisco The reviews I see everybody else showing he was the reason it was successful. It’s all downhill now. He ran this door right this is gonna run itself out of business the way they’re going. Literally 10 minutes away everything I want and if I wanted in order, it’s there the next day. Avoid this place like the plague it’s poorly managed and they never do what they say
