I purchased a cartridge battery that turned out to be defective. I returned the next day hoping to exchange it for a working one, but the owner refused. I was very disappointed, especially since I’m a regular customer at both this smoke shop and the car wash next door owned by the same person. I didn’t think exchanging a $20 defective battery would be an unreasonable request. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service has cost them a loyal customer. I won’t be returning to either establishment.

Everyone here is amazing! Great staff and owner very reasonable prices with given deals usually after earning points which I think is very cool. Very knowledgeable smoke shop have pretty much all you need.

This smoke shop is the best so far I've been. It's very clean and alway have in stock whatever I need. Prices are great and the service is ever greater!

Thee best smoke shop ive been to, calm environment, all the employees are easy to talk to an willing to help with any of your smoke shop needs, prices are unbeatable, and they have a large variety of vapes, delta/other products, glass, wraps, cigars, tools, ect
