All my people check this out listen up this man named Damien at Mr smoke shop in New Port Richey is really good man he know what he talking about he know what he's doing and he knows this product everybody should hit him up and come see him ASAP

**BAD PRICES AND THREATENING SERVICE** The only upside to this place was I forgot my ID at home (: Upon entering this establishment, the employee was drugged out and couldn’t even find what I was asking for (in front of him) I had to repeatedly tell him which one and where to find it which was no big deal. The issue was, upon receiving the nicotine product I settled for because they did not have what I originally came for, I paid for it, and began unboxing inside the establishment to ensure the product was to standard. The product continuously ran without any inhale, which will eventually kill the battery along with the juice or cause it to burn. Like most smoke shops, I told the cashier that they gave me a bad one and I’d please like a replacement. The employee made me take 3 rips in front of him before the General Manager came out and told him to “exchange her product, I’m not dealing with her.” After telling said employee to exchange the product, the General Manager walked to the back, passed some 12-14 year old girl, and I was left with the employee in a cowboy shirt. Mr. Cowboy asked me 7 more times to test the product after being told to exchange it to prove that my original product I was given was broken and continued to argue with me saying the battery was fine and “but it stopped hitting now” after it would run an extra 20-30 seconds. At this point I was sick from a fever, fed up, uncomfortable, and had a head ache from proving the product didn’t work, I wanted my money back. Both the General Manager and Mr. Cowboy refused my money back. Absolutely absurd because I never left the establishment with any products. I tested it there before I left, now I’m feeling highly uncomfortable because Mr. Cowboy was saying things like “yall making me wanna do things I don’t normally do…” “Yall making me wanna act out of hand” what did he mean by that exactly? Was this a threat?? I just wanted an exchange or money back! Not attitude and threats. ): After Mr. Cowboy made his threats, I had to call for the manager MYSELF from the counter who came from the back on a phone call. After seeing Mr. Cowboy escalating the situation, he asked what happened, I told him that I wanted my money back and I feel uncomfortable purchasing from this establishment based on the threats. The general manager did NOT ask the customer what happened, only his employee which was terrible service in itself. I had to cut them off to get my story in the mix. Customers should be your #1 concern especially in a greedy smoke shop such as this one. The general manager had to tell Mr. Cowboy to “go to the back” a minimum of 8 times. He went to the back after the first three times he was told, briefly came back out for his phone, went back to the office, came back to the counter meanwhile I literally told the General Manager that his presence and the way he was looking at me made me feel severely uncomfortable. The General Manager did nothing but ask his employee to go to the back, the employee refused. While trying to ignore Mr. Cowboy, the General Manager pointed to a hand written sign that read “No Refunds, All Transactions Final” and made me select a different product because he refused to give my money back from the register (we paid cash btw). Do not go here, the customer service is not worth the high prices and threatening service.

Very strange vibes. Bought a vape, didn’t work, employee refused to replace vape or refund. Employee continued to disobey managers request and made weird comments toward my woman. I’d say the drugged out employee was the problem but the management is the bigger problem; he allowed his drugged out employee to continue yelling profane and disgusting slurs at us. While I appreciate the manager replacing our purchase with another vape that didn’t work, he literally allowed his employee to make us uncomfortable and bring us down. All we wanted was some nicotine…

Good store but they never open on time. I always have to wait 25-30 min for them to come to work
