This place is amazing. Huge thanks to the manager Chris, he was super helpful and informative on things I had questions about. Definitely found my new go-to smoke shop.

Good customer satisfaction they took care of me appreciate thank you

The customer service at this place is insane. Recently I was in there and I was sold something that was falsely advertised and when I came back in 5 min they told me they cannot exchange my purchase. I didn’t even ask for a refund. I just wanted to exchange it but he told me they do not offer it. They sold me something that un useable. And now I’m stuck with it and wasted money for nothing and have to go somewhere else. When I have shopped with this smoke shop since it opened to find out my loyalty means nothing to them.

I visited fatty's Smoke Shop north miami and I was very impressed by their selection and service. They have a huge variety of vapes, CBD products, shisha, and kratom, as well as a great customer service and a very welcoming environment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I bought a new vape pen, and I was very satisfied with the quality and price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great smoke shop in North Miami. Fatty's Smoke Shop is the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It sucks now that I have to show my ID every time to buy like if this a medicinal dispensary. Now they know where you live and the government also knows every-time you buy. What a waste of time and hassled
