This is THE BEST smoke shop in Miami don't bother going anywhere else!

Isabella gives the best customer service every time! She’s super friendly, patient, and really knows her products. She always makes sure you leave happy with what you got. The shop has a great vibe, and she definitely makes the experience even better!

The customer service was excellent. The young man was very knowledgeable and assisted me in my purchase. I have been a customer for about 3 months or so and always have a pleasant experience. The manager helped me return and exchange a product that wasn't functioning. The store is clean and lots of variety in products.

Jayleen was super helpful and had a lot of product knowledge. Lots of parking space in the back.
