Place has a nice vibe and a lot of products to choose from. Tiffany was a lot of help and a total sweetheart, felt like she was being really patient and hearing me out on all my questions. I'd recommend this place!

Update: After a year of consistently purchasing from this awesome store, I can't praise Jonathan enough!! He is so knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I love visiting the store because of him! Unfortunately, the woman that works there is the opposite. SHE IS ALWAYS LATE! I know it's her shift because the store never opens on time. On top of that, she knows little to nothing about products and always seems out of it, and she makes a lot of mistakes and I mentally sigh when I walk into the store and see her. She needs to work on punctuality and improving her customer service. Meanwhile, I always smile big when I see Jonathan! Original review: Amazing and friendly staff. Jonathan, the young gentleman representative for happy times who's working I'm guessing the morning shift there was awesome! Cool, calm and collective is what he is. Guided me around the best available options for Salt Nicotine juices and spit some knowledge to me about the SMOK brand when it came down to Salt Nicotine options and the Novo Life Durability. I'm a couple months in to the Salt Nicotine Vape Life and it has done wonders for me. I have no more actual cravings towards Menthol Cigarettes for the years I did smoke them. It's truly and honestly a blessing. I can't and won't go back. I want happy times smoke shop to know that Jonathan as a rep of the company, is definitely dedicated and committed to this job. Very genuine and ready to help as much as possible with any questions/doubts around the shop. He made it easy/cool to ask further questions and stay driven to pursue certain items. He probably doesn't know it but he absolutely made my day and decisions easier because on the regular, I'm one PICKY customer. If you are reading this, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING AGAIN JONATHAN(Hope that's how you spell your name) and happy times, he is really a keeper for the company.

The owner of this store needs to educate his employee and they should know their primary reason to be there is to sell products. The female employee is rude, condescending, and doesn't know or try to know anything about the products or items in the store. The employee has little to no patience for customers seeking any kind of information on what they are buying (probably because they don't know it or how sales/client interaction should be managed) or making clients feel comfortable. She is very interes in "getting things done" such as short and easy to identify tasks such as cleaning or organizing, but it doesn't matter how clean or organized the store is to people who come in or call and are disrespected or ignored. I would buy regularly if the customer service was up to a normal level but because of how bad my experience and interaction was I refuse to give this place my money.
