Best staff I have ever seen. They go above and beyond for their customers. If they don’t have something they will get it. Amazing prices. They have a points system that actually helps you. The store opens at 8 but they make sure they are there early every day. I’ve been to other vape shops and they charge insane prices for certain vapes. Ashes doesn’t do that. They always have fair prices. Go see Anna. She will always treat you good

It’s a nice shop, but the employees are not as knowledgeable if you ask about any of their glass! And thou they sell nice products they are a complete rip off! They sell phoenix star glass, the employee knew nothing about, not even the prices. Thankfully there were tags on them… 270-320$!!! They are literally 75-99$ online. That is more then double the cost, maybe they are a good vape shop but they are crap glass shop! And the main lady that works is usually fairly rude to people

Should be an example in Okeechobee for other businesses. Hours are amazing, staff is awesome, and they have an amazing selection of everything. 10/10 would recommend :)

Went here not too long ago to buy a gift for a family member of mine, and the lady working there was very rude, and acted as if I was wasting her time even though I was being nothing but polite just asking her a simple question if they had something. Never going back

The manager is great she helped me pick which was best and helped me budget my purchases
