I have been going to this liquor store for as long as I can remember, although my memory has been affected by the massive amounts of alcohol that they sell me. The owner is kind of goofy looking, but is very approachable and professional. All of the employees seem simultaneously very active and unproductive, but they never leave me waiting; just confused. I especially appreciate their drive-up window. When I am too drunk to walk they can just hand it to me through my car window. Although it takes me two hands to find and press the bell button, it would be better if they connected the bell to a "clapper" so I could just pull up and clap my hands, that would be much easier. Seriously, this place is amazing and the owner and employees are a great neighbor to people in the area....A great neighbor, unlike my actual neighbor (he is awful).

I am not the kind to post reviews about any business. I've always felt that the reviews are highly influenced by one experience on a happy day for the customer. One experience is hardly sufficient for an over all review, however in this case I've had to change my position. They have never had any expression but a smile. They have never been anything but helpful. Always willing and extremely knowledgeable, these guys make 'Genuine Customer Service' look easy. I say this as a bartender and manager for over 20 years. Truthfully they are the Zenith of the industry. They've made me change the way I look at the very industry I devoted my life too. After a good review many would expect a thanx in the form of something free. It never came up. No need. That's INTEGRITY!

If you are looking for Blanton’s don’t waste your time there. This store will not let a first time customer purchase it. Plus the dude behind the counter wasn’t exactly the friendliest person to deal with. Just read the owners response and laughed. Don’t worry I won’t be back to your store or any others that have that policy in effect. Have a great day!
