* Update "Finally" the product is expected to be delivered the 9th up until 9:09pm. Regardless, that package should take 2 to 3 days with priority Mail. Looking at 6 days, not to mention the aggravation as many people have posted with their complaints I called spoke to someone they said they'd call back and never did. This is not a reputable business according to what I just read and.my own experience using them. So, what I'm going to do when it's delivered, I'm heading right to the post office and I'm sending it back. Let them learn a lesson in the future. I found another in company in Pennsylvania. Very professiona, he explained everything and I got a tracking number. I'm getting them i n 3 days at most. At least they let me know what's going on these people they don't let you know nothing. The flavor I was looking for was the BLK Swisher Sweets Coca flavor which not too many people carry and that's the reason why I ordered from this company. And if I couldn't find that particular cigarillo I would just do without them. How do I even know if they're fresh? That's something else I read about in various complaints with this company. So, I'm not going to take that chance. They're getting it shipped right back where they came from. I originally placed this order on March 2nd and paid almost $13.00 priority mail. That was on a Monday. I was told I would receive the order by Thursday which came and went today as did is Friday March 6th. Now, they sent me a tracking number it's still saying the same thing. It's still showing March 3rd what absolutely no movement I see Orlando Orlando and shipping pending but it's not moving and nobody nothing..I called the company this first thing this morning. They're on the same time zone they're in Orlando and I'm in Long Island. They said they'd get back to me I'm only in Long Island.This shouldn't take how long to begin with. I've ordered stuff from other places 5 days at the most.Now is the real good part! So I called my bank,k which is Chase and I filed a dispute and I'm getting my money back. I should have read the reviews initially. I will never deal with these incompetent people again. Make a note of it and listen to what people are posting because they're telling the truth. I should know!

I feel rich when I do business with these guys. There products are fresh, the shipping times are predictable and fast, customer service and going the extra mile seems to be the norm(Great communication). I'm new to CheapLittleCigars and now after two separate orders I feel confident I can say your experience will be great just like mines.

Don't bother paying for their UPS shipping because they will ship it through USPS instead even though you specifically paid for UPS shipping
