Scotty was super informative, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. The customer service was outstanding, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Easily the best shop in town, I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back!

Omg stopped by here on the way to our port for our cruise, Kiara was THE GOAT!!!!! She was so helpful, and just the sweetest!! Got us all ready for our trip!! Her energy was contagious!! Go see her, yall, you won’t be disappointed! If we’re ever back in the area we def gonna stop again!

Kira is the most warm, kind and EXTREMELY patient employee I have ever met in a smokeshop. I’ve been here for over an hour and she’s still working with me to find a solution that works for me. I am amazed by her character and ability to not give up no matter what! Thank you to the staff who was wise enough to hire Kira. Amazing employees are very hard to come by so I hope that you guys give her regular raises to keep her there because I’d like this to be my permanent smoke shop but that’s mainly just because Kira is so amazing!

Scotty was awesome, helped us with our selection from the store and was super chill about letting us feeling the pieces for sale! Loved it!
