She honestly the sales girls absolutely amazing she it was very knowledgeable and personable she could basically help me pick out a bunch of different items well being genuine not and not trying to just push for a sale I'll absolutely be coming back to this location and I would suggest you do as well check out my photos

Went in for a replacement stem/slide, left with a new rig 😅. Orlando was super nice and welcoming and dropped knowledge on the rig, how to clean and proper methods to use. Climax has dope products and a no pressure vibe. Check ‘em out jabronis.

OCTAVIO deserves a raise as he is an asset to your company Just met him and of the other managers, (one of them was covering I guess…) I stopped in to get yeah And had an unhappy couple in the store from what I could gather.. which was incredibly awkward, and I couldn’t help but stick my nose in, just to figure out what was happening; maybe I can help I thought.. The woman claimed that Octavio sold her and her husband Faulty torches, and the kid behind the counter was just standing there… Well, since I know how the product worked, and it was sitting in front of me, I filled it up and showed them. It wasn’t broken. 🙌 I clearly annoyed the husband as he said “You’d better calm down bud”

I’m so happy I stopped into Climax on Michigan Ave in Orlando. Employee Abe was so helpful, quite a pleasure to talk to and also learn from him about the items I purchased. Solid employee and establishment all around. I hope he is working next time I come in-because I live down the street at Lofts. Awesome overall experience, and of course the sales are great! I love climax stores, been a long time patron. Highly recommended.
