Took an uber all the way here and they’re closed. Door is chained shut and lights are out but OPEN sign is on. $12 uber for nothing 😡 Google says open until midnight. We got here at 7:40pm

Though very far from my home I came early saying it’s open on Saturday at 10am but it’s not… waited for 45 minutes OPEN sign doesn’t mean it is. Disappointed ☹️ to come all this way for nothing called the number on its sight no answer at all. Customer service experience was great but that’s in the past reason why we came back and we only got this. Another customer also came only to walk back didn’t wait at all. Please make sure when you post a schedule it is true I may be just one customer and still it’ll hurt your business since experience when talked about and reviewed spreads like a wildfire. Maybe I’ll reconsider changing my rating when it’s worth it. Only Maybe.

Overall, five stars love the quality service and customer service. If you’re in the area, please stop and enjoy the service and staff

They are never open when they are supposed to be and when I call to make sure they wood be open the person on the phone said they open around 10:30 11 ish but I waited till 10 minutes past 12 and they were still not open

I don’t really know what all these other reviews are about this place is mid. I guess it’s because they don’t get consistent traffic, but their dutches are always still and crunchy. you can’t even roll them. Their bud is regular and there’s nothing that stands out. It’s a decent spot if it’s close by. But I know nobody really lives close to this store since it’s by the mall. Drive up another eight minutes. And you’ll get a much better smoke shop.
