We walked in and were seated immediately by the hostess since it was our first time there. We ordered a mint tea and wanted to try the Turkish Coffee. The Ming hookah tea was great, but the earthy hookah wasn’t quite our cup of tea. The service was exceptional, and we returned the next night for another excellent experience. It’s a great place to go after work or just to hang out and relax.

A friend of mine took me here for the first time, and I really liked it! The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, the prices were reasonable, and the service was great. They offer hookah along with coffee, smoothies, and other non-alcoholic drinks. We ordered a double apple-flavored hookah and some espresso, and both were excellent. It’s a perfect spot to unwind and catch up with friends. Highly recommended!

They have no food or alcohol. Told me I have to pay for hot water for tea every tiime which is not usual as its just water...They made me move to the entrance of the door after being there for an hour to accommodate a party that had no reservations of the seating. I couldn't carry on with my studies nor enjoyment of hookah due to the change of environment and lack of service once the big party arrived. Friendly at first and then don't care about your experience after you're sitting. SMH.

Honestly, Cloud Hookah on International Drive has become one of my favorite spots in Orlando. I’ve been to a bunch of hookah lounges, but this one stands out super clean, chill vibes, and they really take care of you. Every time I go, the staff is on point. They check in often to make sure the coals are fresh and your session is smooth. You can tell they actually care about giving a good experience, not just setting it up and disappearing. The hookah flavors are fire. I usually go for mint, blue mist, or their house mixes—always fresh and never harsh. They keep the hookahs super clean too, which makes a big difference. The vibe is perfect laid back, good music, not too loud. You can actually relax and talk. Whether I’m with friends or just stopping by to unwind, it always feels like a good time. Plus, they give you mint tea or water with your hookah, which is a nice touch. If you’re in Orlando or anywhere near I-Drive and want a quality hookah spot with great service, Cloud Hookah Lounge is it. Definitely recommend it

One of the best hookah places I’ve visited 👌 The hookah quality is excellent — the flavors are rich and fresh, and their attention to detail is clear in everything, from cleanliness to changing the coals quickly without even asking. The service is outstanding. All the staff are friendly, respectful, and constantly checking to make sure you’re comfortable. Especially Izz — a very polite and professional guy. His attitude is classy and he really makes sure you have a great experience. Definitely not my last visit ✨
