How can you say you are open, but doors are closed. No sign stating if you are coming back from lunch or a break? BTW... currently is 1:49pm.

They say they open at 10 , it’s currently 10:08 and somebody is in the store and the door is still locked lights are on and everything

Easily the most unwelcoming smokeshop I've ever walked into. Not sure if the gentleman, was having a bad day or dealing with something, but you gotta bring a little more customer service to the gig because there's a shop on almost every corner in Orlando. There was no hello, welcome, thank you for business, please visit us again, tell a friend, nada. Perhaps there was a language barrier. If so, I understand. Just my humble opinion.

Was a regular here until I went in and some new guy wanted to argue w me and use profane language. Smoke shops are a dime a dozen so finding one w good customer service isn’t hard. Unfortunately I won’t be back
