It's my second time coming to this smoke shop, and both visits have been smooth, thanks to Steven. He's super friendly, patient, and really takes his time to make sure you understand what you're getting. I never feel rushed or awkward asking questions, which makes the experience way more comfortable. The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and has a relaxed vibe that makes you want to come back. Definitely appreciate the great service - thanks again, Steven!
