kinda insane, i bought a mellow fellow suggested to me by an employee. the associate didn’t have me test it in store and i don’t frequent smoke shops so i didn’t think to do this. the product gave me only 1 hit, didn’t work again for hours until it started BURNING MY LEG!!! and ruining my pants. i couldn’t return it immediately as i was on shift 5 mins down the road so i called right after to see what they could do and they offered no assistance. the associate should have done their part by having me try the product in store if she was aware of the poor refund policy which i also was not informed about. the person on the phone was 0 help stating that the sign on the door should have been enough lol. my leg literally was burning and the product almost exploded on it :) but yeah whatever little sign is on the door is more important lmfao. waste of time and money

I was in the store on orange blossom trail today ..very very rude salesperson at from lil light skinned female .she was having an attitude while selling me a product so into the guys that just left probably cause she was excited by them which is ok but do your job and I'm black then a Caucasian dude comes in and she sounds like nicest in the world .I will be trying my best to reach management because pretty sure they got video

Everytime I call I get hung up on. I've been to the other hywaze locations and they're at least kind, but I haven't been to this location and probably never will because I don't know if they carry what i'm looking for & it seems they don't want my business anyway?
