Out of all the Hywaze shops I’ve been to in central Florida this is the best shop I’ve been to. Jacob is a pleasure and sets the perfect vibe. He’s knowledgeable and if you’re not sure what you want he will absolutely make sure you leave happy. Will be returning!

1 Star – Actually deserves 0 stars Do yourself a favor and stay far away from the Hywaze Smoke Shop at 9521 South Orange Blossom Trail. I’ve been a frequent customer for a long time, but the same guy who works nights is consistently rude as hell. Tonight I asked him the price on an item, he quoted me one amount, but when it rang up it was $8 higher. When I pointed it out and asked why, he just shrugged and said “guess I got it wrong.” No apology, no attempt to honor the price he quoted — nothing. He basically told me I could buy it at the higher price or leave. For a regular customer, that’s straight-up disrespectful and shady. $8 isn’t the end of the world, but the attitude and lack of basic customer service is. I won’t be back, and neither should you. This place will rip you off and treat you like crap while doing it.

Sebastian was very helpful knowledgeable and patient with my questions. The shop had everything i was looking for and more. I really like the holographic stickers they have for sale too
