I was pretty unsure about what I wanted to purchase when I stumbled into pipe and pouch. I was immediately greeted by Kraig and given an overview on selections. Kraig was attentive and intentional in helping me finalize my purchase: the store was getting busy while I browsed and he continued to check on me and greet everyone else while shopping. I’ll be back for sure, feels good to talk with someone knowledgeable about their work. Thanks Kraig, you’re the best!

Great smoke shop with an awesome selection and fair prices. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find exactly what you’re looking for without making you feel rushed. The store is clean, well organized, and always stocked with quality products. Definitely one of the best smoke shops around I highly recommend stopping by! Ask for Kraig he’s AMAZING

Kraig was a phenomenal help tonight. I made a slight mistake and paid for an unwanted item and Kraig was SO kind and generous and gave me a store credit. Don’t hesitate to stop by when you’re finished partying at the social. I have no doubt Kraig will take good care of you. 🙌🏽
