Great staff who are knowledgeable about their products and always sure you get what you didn’t even know you were looking for! 10/10

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!! I’ve gone to this store for years and never had an issue before until last Sunday August 2. Went in to purchase a few items and was greeted by a women with glasses who was extremely RUDE and combative. She gave me bad customer service and treated me inappropriately and instead of simply apologizing she began to instigate and kept poking looking for an argument.. It’s insane that this is how you treat paying loyal customers.. I called to speak to the manager and he had zero empathy and kept saying I must’ve interpreted everything wrong down playing the situation he wasn’t even there to witness.. I told him cameras don’t lie!! Good luck shopping here too many smoke shops in Orlando no need to ever go back there ✌️

Beautiful store, has a huge variety of everything you need!!! If you don’t find it here you won’t find it anywhere. Excellent customer service, the staff treated me very kindly. Prices are very competitive and cheaper than all the competitors. I definitely recommend!

Brendan and aubry we're absolutely amazing there's not enough good things to say about them so helpful and knowledgeable so welcoming just an absolutely amazing experience. I will not go to another smoke shop again if I could give them 10 Stars I would!!

Well I went in to buy some quick fix which I did purchase and decided to check out the grinders. I decided to purchase a purple green monkey grinder, since purple is my girls favorite color. Within a week of having the grinder it begin to fall apart (as you can see from the pics). I decided to give them a call to let them know about the grinder and was told he could give me 30% off my next purchase. I declined and told him don’t worry about it, definitely won’t be wasting any more of my money on the cheap product they sell.
