I visited the store on 8-10 & had the pleasure of meeting Mr SHORON & he had such a welcoming smile spirit & energy… the way he explained things to me & I was able to test out certain products was fascinating and helpful ! You don’t find too many people that are in customer service that are willing to go over and beyond how he did. I’ve been in customer service for over 25 years so I personally know when I am receiving top-tier service… & that’s exactly what SHORON did ! So because of him.. is the reason why I will be returning back to the store for the welcoming experience that he gives 😉

The white kid with the long hair behind the counter is always so spaced out when I go in, I can’t even have a conversation with him about different products. I can’t believe they leave that guy there by himself to run the store. The Indian guy is an amazing top level employee.

WARNING: this store does not stand behind it's products. I purchased Lost Mary iced smash berries. I tested before buying, everything worked well. When I got home, a few days after I started using it, I couldn't inhale anything. I tried charging it and found it was at 96% charge but did not show the product left. Clearly, if I can't get any vape, the product is defective. When I went to bring it back, the salesman told me all sales were final even if the product is defective. Obviously, they have lost a customer. I will never go back.
