Great experience from beginning to end. The cigars were excellent—fresh, smooth, and clearly well cared for. You can really tell the quality in the draw and flavor. Karel was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, taking the time to answer questions and make sure everything was done right. His attention and guidance made the experience even better. Highly recommended.
