Hands down the BEST smoke shop experience I have ever had. J&J Smoke Shop treated me like a brand new customer who actually matters. From the second I walked in they listened. I explained all the frustrations I have had with other places finding something I like and then coming back only to hear they are out again. That cycle ends here. Not only did they have what I needed but the guy helping me was insanely patient knowledgeable and genuinely cared about getting it right. I told him exactly what I wanted best value great flavor no nonsense and he nailed it. Even better he actually let me try the vape before buying it. I have never experienced that at any smoke shop ever. That alone earned my respect. This was not a rushed sale. This was real service. The kind that makes you stop looking elsewhere because you finally found your spot. I cannot recommend J&J enough. Do yourself a favor and check them out. If you are as impressed and as happy as I am you will understand why this is now my go to place. If you go you will thank me just like I am thanking them now.

It was my first time coming here. CHARLOTTE haD warm service. I got the vape pen I wanted. I called and they had it in stock. I will Def be back.

My experience was amazing!!! David was the one that help me and my group that was with me we went in and purchased two hookah’s and they had everything we needed and he was able to answer any questions we had.J&J’s is your go to shop for any of your smoke needs.

They have all of the glassware that cools and adds flavors to the things you love to ingest. Operated by a nice, knowledgeable gentleman. Of course when I saw "Smoke Shop" I stopped in to pick up a coupla stogies. No cigars! He directed me to a decent cigar shop down the street, La Gitana.

David is highly knowledgeable about his products. I needed kratom for my pain and a specific strain, he knew right away what it was and had it in stock. The place is clean and he had lots of different products. Plus he has the sweetest 💕 dog, Gwen (I believe). I've found a new smoke shop and a new doggy to pet. Highly recommend
