Great experience at Mr. Smoke Shop! The staff were very nice, welcoming, and super helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and even gave me a free sample, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service and a great selection of products. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this shop!

I had a great experience at this smoke shop. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide selection of products to choose from. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Ali was amazing—super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for without feeling rushed. You can tell he cares about giving customers a good experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place, especially if Ali is there to help you.
