Service was basic and okay. First time being told I had to wait because they had a customer in the store and seeing I was in the drive thru for an online order pickup. I understand everyone has an off day but I simply don't like feeling like I have bothered someone and made feel like and inconvenience by placing an order for the drive thru. Not happy with feeling like I paid to be treated like I was an inconvenience.

Couldn’t buy what I needed do to “system issues” which alone would be no problem, but the way it was handled sucked and they couldn’t have been less interested in helping me figure something out. Only customer was me, but I was rushed away. Won’t go back. WAY EXPENSIVE

BEWARE: First time buyer purchased $300 plus in products including the $40 half gram syringes…… ridiculously overpriced already compared to Trulieve and other better dispos. Price aside, I have been a patient from the beginning in Florida. This company used vitamin E acetate in their carts so I swore I would never purchase from them but here I am. My syringe was faulty as it has a spring in it (dumb design) and doesn’t work due to faulty packaging. The product is still in the container and they are telling me they have a 7 day exchange policy? When I told the GM, he just held up a reciect that wasn’t explained to me when I purchased the product. So now I have product I can’t use, that is dispensed. I will not be back to FLUENT unless this is resolved. Customer service can reach out to me to make this right since the GM is nothing but combative. Once this is rectified by FLUENT I will update the review.
Update 10/9: No contact has been made from FLUENT. I will tell every person I know not to shop here.
