Best smoke shop in WHOLE FLORIDA they got everything you could need from a shop and VERY GOOD customer service

First off I’m not big when it comes to posting reviews! But I will say that I do rely on reading reviews before I do business with anyone especially repeat business. That being said the owner and staff of Pensacola Smoke Shop has always went above and beyond to keep my business! Out of all the smoke shops there are within the Pensacola Florida area, this is one shop that takes doing business to a whole other level. Let’s start by saying if they were out of a product and they found out that was the only product I preferred, it was never out of stock again! If there was ever a product that I wanted to try, not only would they get it for me, they would also notify me when it arrived. But what truly puts the icing on the cake and why I continuously decide to keep doing business with these guys is their over all knowledge of the products they sell. They have established a relationship with me and know what I like. Respect goes a long way down here in the deep south! Pensacola Smoke Shop has mine! I hope this review helps you!

At least one of the workers is rude and hung up on me when I called about what the store had in stock.

They are very friendly and helpful. If they don't have something you want, they will order it, and keep it in stock for you. They also have a great selection of products

Went on a recent visit and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed. I like what they did to the place, the manager is very nice. The products are impressive, and the prices are very reasonable and hard to beat . I’ll definitely be returning! Highly recommend!
