So far this is the best smoke shop.I have found in a pensacola, florida area.. There are others that are larger.However, these people are true stoners, they have good brands.They are an authorized puffco dealer as well they actually support medical marijuana patients you get a discount if you have a card. And they actually celebrate and have sales on 420 and the dab holiday, 720. Maybe it is, I don't know, l o l either way, forget the rest go here, they're the best hands down

I came in with an idea of what I was looking for, and Claire was able to help me narrow down and find exactly what I was wanting. She is very knowledgeable about the products they carry. The store itself is clean presents well and has a big selection.

I’ve been coming to this shop for a long time because they’re one of the only places around that carry Hideaway disposables. Unfortunately, the last several times I’ve purchased them, I’ve had issues with them not working properly. One time I bought one before leaving town, got home, and realized it was defective, but I didn’t have time to return it. Then today, May 10th, I had someone go into the store for me to buy two more, and both of those also didn’t work. I sent him back to exchange them for something different, and instead of helping resolve the issue, the employee sold him a completely different product saying “these were the ones in style.” I’ve continued supporting this business because of convenience and loyalty, but repeatedly getting defective products and poor customer service during exchanges is really disappointing. I hope they start standing behind the products they sell and handle customer concerns better. 0 stars😞

bought a $25 grinder just for it to lock up same day, can’t even use it, but no returns or exchanges lol don’t buy anything from here that isn’t electronic because if it doesn’t work you’re fucked!

They have a lot of stuff the ladies are nice but, I paid $5 more for a pack of three smok pods
