The young female who worked Sunday July 19th refused to let me touch an extract shot to read the strength after she failed to be able to read it herself or know the info either. This is after my wife bought $20+ worth or K ratom seltzers with a tip. Then I go to buy $50 more items (if I liked what I read on the extract bottles) until I got treated like a criminal. Never again!

Terrible customer service... we walked in and the girl working sighed with relief that we were not a panhandler that she previously had? She wasn't clear and seemed to be super out of it but we continued gathering our items to purchase. I paid for my items 1st and then my friend came up and I wondered what the hold up was... she was refusing to allow him to view the bottle he was wanting to purchase, along with multiple items and told me afterward he was going to tip her good for having a difficult night. She needs to be treating customers equally. We gave zero reason for her to decline him inquiring about the ingredients. I hope she doesn't keep getting to ruin sales for you because she certainly does... good luck 👍

I’ve been a regular here once a week for 3 years. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Product is always top tier. Rewards system is fantastic, and the prices are competitive with local smoke shops. 10/10 my favorite shop around here.

Stupid awkward experience. Felt unwelcome here. That never happens. Guy must have been having an off day. I was the only customer, seemed like he wanted me to leave the short time i was there. I bought something but i didn't really want to support this business to be honest

I understand paying taxes on a lot of material that is in this building. But I'll be damned if I'm paying taxes on pot marijuana whatever you want to call it. The dispensaries don't tax you when you buy weed from them why should you be taxed weed from this place. Never my life
