I had such a wonderful experience at this vape shop, and a huge part of that was because of Elizabeth! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain different products, and help me find exactly what I was looking for without ever making me feel rushed. Elizabeth’s customer service truly goes above and beyond. She has a great attitude, a genuine willingness to help, and makes every visit enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who is both so friendly and so knowledgeable. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others.
