had an absolutely outstanding experience at Smokers Heaven, all thanks to Ricky! From the moment I walked in, Ricky went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. His knowledge of the products is seriously impressive whether you’re looking for something specific or just browsing, he takes the time to explain options, answer questions, and make thoughtful recommendations without ever making you feel pressured. What really stood out was his professionalism and positive attitude. He’s patient, friendly, and genuinely cares about making sure customers leave happy. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such great customer service, but Ricky does it effortlessly. The shop itself is clean, well organized, and fully stocked, but it’s Ricky who truly makes the experience exceptional. If you’re heading to Smokers Heaven, do yourself a favor and ask for Ricky you won’t be disappointed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
