I’m first time visiting and I had an awesome experience! Jim was very informative and helpful! We will be back! Thank you for your services!!!

Jim is the best!! He almost laughed at most of my jokes, AND he helped me find my new favorite flavor! Huzzah for Jim! (And this shop in general)

Loved Jim! He’s so helpful and so knowledgeable really made my first experience worth it! I will return!

Freddy was great with helping me out. He helped me select some incense and find a holder to catch the ashes. It was for a gift and he made sure to suggest pleasant fragrances.

Jim the assistant manager was very knowledgeable and has top tier customer service!! Talked thoroughly about what I was looking for and he found it!! Highly recommend this shop! Again, outstanding service!
