If you’re in the area and *not* stopping by Lit Smoke Shop, you’re doing it wrong. The staff actually know what they’re talking about (rare these days), and they don’t try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need. Super chill vibe, solid prices, and a selection that makes you feel like a kid in a candy store—if candy stores were way cooler. Whether you know exactly what you want or you’re just browsing, they’ll take care of you. Definitely my go-to spot now.

I purchased a $30 scorch torch here. Loved the lighter. When I attempted to refill the tank i experienced leakage from a faulty housing. I walked back into the store 2 days after purchase and the associate that assisted me both agreed it was a faulty refill nozzle. Asked to exchange it but they needed clearance from the owner. The male associate tried to refill it with butane and it burst into flames slightly burning the hair off his face and head. Exactly my concern and is why I expected an exchange, hassle free. I was told that the owner had to clear it before anything could be done so I left my number and was told I would get a call asap…. Four days after purchase: Just got off the phone with the manager. The owner pulled up right after I left two days ago yet no one called me to notify me or to give me the end result. Per owner, they can not exchange it for the same lighter because,”I broke it and it wasn’t broken when it was sold to me.” Now I am stuck with a beautiful paperweight that can combust at any moment. As well as half of the designe was removed when the associate almost burned himself. I’m not thrilled with the way the owner handles his loyal customers. I’ve spent at this place before and do like the variety but there are tons of smoke shops with the same if not better variety that will honor their duty to provide quality especially when it could be hazardous to someone’s health. Make sure to check and use every part of every product you buy from this place. They have zero respect for proper business practices. Anyone have the contact info for the owner so I can request the video of the small explosion that took place in his store? I may need it to try and recuperate my lost expenses from the “highly combustible paper weight.” 🕴️🔥🏥. 🫡

Got a couple pieces from them and cleaning supplies they are hella dope

The staff is wonderful! The prices aren't too bad. One staffer even remembered what I ordered last time! The location has doubled in size, and it looks great! Plus, I love my Buckeyes O - H...!

Awesome staff and a huge variety of all good stuff!!! If you can't find it here... they probably don't sell it in retail.
