To be honest I didn’t felt welcomed nor appreciated nor even valued and plus the female manager was always looking at me mad or biased or something I’m not sure if she’s like that to other people who walk in to the smoke shop, but after a few times coming and 5 out of 6 times coming there was not very pleasant nor good times for me there and I had some levels of patience with her for her to be nice and kind to me, and also her body language and facial expressions always tell me how she sees me like mad and hateful towards me or something and unfortunately that will be last time I’ll be going there you folks want to go ahead and shop there, go ahead be my guest, but I’m done coming there and I will Not come back there ever again. Period! And goodbye.

There is a pink "Be right Back" note on the door when regular business hours are happening. This is the second time it has happened twice now. I'm not sure where the workers go or need to be but if the business hours are listed why do they leave and lock the doors.

I found a few pieces I was looking for as well as added a few to the wish list, the sales person was Excellent, and super helpful. She even remembered what I had picked out when my husband went back to get me a birthday gift

I can’t say enough good things about the manager at this smoke shop! Every time I come in, they go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. They are incredibly knowledgeable about all the products, patiently answer my questions, and even take the time to explain new items or make great recommendations based on what I like. What really stands out is their friendliness and professionalism — they make the store feel welcoming and never rushed. You can tell they truly care about their customers and want everyone to have a great experience. The shop is always well-stocked and organized, which I’m sure is thanks to their hard work. Managers like this are rare, and they’ve definitely earned my loyalty. Highly recommend visiting this shop if you want top-notch service and a great atmosphere!
