My experience buying at this smoke shop was great. The prices were good, the customer service was excellent, and everyone was very kind and respectful. Definitely a place I would recommend and come back to again ♥️👏

I will not be returning to this location. I’ve had great experiences at the ash location in lake placid but the bearded man working at this store is rude and sarcastic toward customers. why work in customer service if your not going to serve customers with a smile. I have worked in customer service for two decades bad days happen but you still treat a customer with respect. Lost our business. I guess I have to make the drive to lake placid even though I don’t work in that town anymore.

I was just there and they just tried to overcharge me. The young girl there was so rude. She completely ignored me and didn’t even give me a bag. I wanted to just return the whole thing. But I didn’t wanna cause a scene. I work in the customer industry and I will never be back here again. I don’t usually comment, but the lack of manners and work ethic is so disgraceful. And apparently, I’m not the only one that complained. I checked to see on the reviews. And that young girl is still there apparently.

I've been shopping here for over a year, and for the most part everything has been OK. Today on my way to work I ran in to grab an Off Stamp pod. On my way to work opened it and the mouth piece cap was completely off of the pod. I didn't touch it and tried to bring it to see if they would exchange it. The guy was nice but wouldn't let me swap it over my safety concerns using an exposed and probably faulty pod. I get policy but it was still in the bag and box with the sealed stickers on it. It was clearly new and had never been touched or used. I work retail so I know there are times and places to make exceptions to the rule. Will probably stop shopping here after this, which sucks since it's on my way to work.
