I have visited this smoke shop numerous times and somehow I’m never disappointed. There’s a woman working there, Lindsay, she is VERY knowledgeable about the products in and out. She’s usually there when I pop in but I look forward to seeing her whenever I’m in the area! Her people skills and customer service is spot on. Thank you for your dedication!

I can’t say enough great things about Gators Smoke Shop! Every time I visit, I have a great experience, but this last visit was exceptional thanks to Lindsay. Lindsay is, without a doubt, one of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever met. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. She answered all of my questions with patience, made excellent recommendations, and made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and has an awesome selection, but it’s employees like Lindsay who truly set Gators Smoke Shop apart. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service are the reason I’ll continue coming back. Highly recommend Gators Smoke Shop, and if you have the chance, ask for Lindsay you’ll be glad you did!

Great smoke shop! They have excellent prices, a huge selection, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean, well organized, and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. Definitely one of the best places to shop, and I’ll be coming back.

Great shop love going in there they have the best prices great selection.. Very clean store Jen always on point wen it come to her customers very welcoming very friendly my favorite shop in town..,

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! The juice in the bottle was not what was listed on the package. Probably mislabeled at the manufacturer but will do nothing to make it right. Basically told to go screw myself, I can try to contact manufacturer. What a joke. Buyer beware.
