Had such a pleasant experience. Kat was super helpful in explaining the different size vapes and the prices. Ill be honest I wasn't sure about the new Raz with pods and wow where they awesome and for the price they have them at the shop in my opinion a great price. Also love that they had a big pod selection. Can't wait to see what flavor ill try next. Awesome customer service once again. Thanks kat

If i could give half a star i would. The lady that works or owns it idk, is very unfriendly. Most grumpy person ever. I bought two vape refills or so i thought cuz she didnt explain, i got home, opened the box and realized its a full device. I drove back and asked for a refund and she said she doesnt do refunds and then proceeds to tell me that i dont remember asking for the “full kit”. The two vapes are not even opened. Still in the sleeve.

Some lady in her 50s was taking a bathroom break when I came I saw in my phone and almost didn’t see the bathroom break sign, I raised my hand to knock as there was no one but I noticed a bathroom break sign before I knocked. She then parked her car and came out and said something about the sign which I thought was strange and then was implying I was impatient and ignorant by pointing out I knocked. I then understood why she had said something earlier and told her oh I didn’t knock, she then proceeded to say I saw you, don’t worry about it and ignored what I was saying, by repeating “how can I help you” Rude service

Hands down my favorite smoke shop. Went in for a grinder and Kat was terrific. She helped me with all the extra things I needed like cones lighters, and even helped me get a vape. Great help will be coming back again thats for sure.

So I came in on March 18 at 1:30 PM. I walk in and there’s no Personal there. I hear what sounds like a dustpan hitting up broom in the back. I wait two minutes and Call Out hi I’m here to purchase. I have a few questions. Crickets nothing no one said anything so I wait another three minutes and call iout again. Nothing I still hear the dustpan hitting the broom so I .leave. I start to get my car and I see someone burst out of the store. And they hold their phone up and they start video recording and taking pictures of my car. I put the car back in park and I walk up and she starts walking in and I said I’m sorry I thought no one was here because I kept calling out and no one answered and she angrily responded well I was in the bathroom. What do you expect and I’m wondering at most places when they’re going to use the restroom they put a sign up saying we’ll be back in 10 minutes etc. so I go in and start asking about products and I last asked about the lost Mary watermelon plus I was told there’s no such thing there’s never been anything made With that name. so I ran out to my car thinking maybe I got it wrong grabbed the empty cartridge and I shoe her what I had. She says. Oh well I don’t know where you got that but they don’t make those I was physically holding it in my hand so then I started asking about other products and she’s recommending certain things and let me tell you they are at least 20% over the average price of any other smoke shop and with her attitude no way I drove out to 136 and 84 to the smoke shop out there save money got pleasant service and no one came out to videotape my car because they were too lazy to come out when called That a customer was there . Hopefully the manager reads us because honestly, you’re gonna be out of business soon get more pleasant employees And lower your prices
