First I'd like to say that this place has an excellent selection. One of the largest I've seen personally, but it's the female clerk that really gives this place a one star. I traveled with a group to St. Augustine and I was visiting every Cigar shop in the area including this one. The first time I stopped by this particular clerk was off putting from the get-go. She gave off the "I really wish I wasn't here right now" vibe and shadowed my group closely while we were in the humidor. The second time I walk in solo. I say "Hello it's me again" and she responds with "You actually going to buy something this time?" Who in their right mind says that to customers? I browse the humidor for about 10-15 minutes. The ENTIRE time she is watching me and tried not be obvious (it was) and made me extremely uncomfortable. Eventually she calls someone on the phone and decides to confront me in the humidor asking me to leave or buy something. I asked why and she claimed that my group and I have stopped by three times and haven't bought anything. I tell her I noticed her watching me the whole time but apparently there's a time limit for people she thinks aren't going to buy or are going to steal instead. It's a real shame because I had just settled on a baccarat cigar to buy but this place isn't getting my money. This woman is either miserable, greedy, or just assumes the worst in every situation because she's miserable AND greedy. One star.
