Otto and Ryan were such a delight. They literally made my day and were extremely helpful with recommending products. I’m from out of town and they made such a great impression on me. Shops should take a lesson on people-ing from these gents. Again such a DELIGHT!

Let me tell you, these guys right here are the real deal!! Their customer service is incredible and always over the top. I normally stop in from time to time but unfortunately my car is at the mechanic shop today so I called to see if I could arrange a store pickup and to my surprise they actually offer free delivery within the St. Pete Beach area! I called at 9:30 and had my order in hand by 9:40.. I couldn't believe it! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’ve been a satisfied customer of Happy Puffer for several months having purchased 5-6 vapes and saving 30% compared to my previous supplier. A few days ago, I received one with a manufacturer defect, I called them up to let them know. That same day, they drove to me, inspected the defected vape and replaced it with a brand-new unit. Happy Puffer is an outstanding service and value shop. I highly recommended them!

Great customer service and more importantly Awesome products. Smokable 🌱 and art #scoot in before I go by them all! #wavinhi
