I started out on Central Avenue, stopping into Central Cigars. Central Cigars is a fantastic spot for cigars, drinks, and a great night out in downtown St. Petersburg. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between upscale and relaxed, with rich wood décor, comfortable air-conditioned seating, and outdoor tables that let you enjoy the energy of the surrounding nightlife. The Havana Room in the back is especially inviting, with oversized leather chairs and couches that make it easy to settle in and enjoy a cigar. The climate-controlled humidor offers an impressive selection of premium and boutique cigars, with plenty of recognizable names like Padrón, Davidoff, Arturo Fuente, and Oliva. Whether you're a seasoned cigar aficionado or just getting into cigars, the staff are knowledgeable and happy to offer recommendations. The full bar is another highlight, with a solid whiskey selection, craft beers, and cocktails that pair nicely with a good smoke. Add in nightly live music and the lively downtown atmosphere, and Central Cigars feels like much more than a cigar shop—it's a true social lounge. It's the kind of place where solo cigar smokers, couples, and groups can all feel comfortable. A great stop for anyone looking to enjoy a premium cigar, a good drink, live music, and some classic St. Pete nightlife. Definitely worth checking out when you're downtown. I picked up a La Aroma de Cuba Pasión, a medium-to-full-bodied cigar with layers of smoked cashew, sweet cream, cedar, nutmeg, and a touch of white pepper. 🌿🔥 Then came the fun part: pairing it with rum 🥃💨 The cigar’s rich complexity and subtle spice worked beautifully with the natural molasses sweetness and oak notes of an aged rum. From there, I headed out for the On High Festival at Jannus Live and caught an incredible lineup featuring Pepper, The Movement, Surfer Girl, Brother Ali, and The Grouch & Eligh. 🎶🔥

Nice little cigar lounge/bar nice to talk and have a great smoke. Very nice selection with some hard to find cigars.

Marissa is the best! We love hanging out with her, especially on Wednesday nights. We play trivia together and she is able to manage the bar and engage with the regulars. She makes us smile while serving great drinks. She is a spark that keeps us coming every week!

Not a cigar enthusiast but really appreciated the guy running the register, cutting/lighting the cigars, answering my questions and also giving me a bit of knowledge when it comes to cigars. Really cool place. Nice atmosphere with a live band on the other side playing cool jams. I'll definitely be back!
